Low-Level Hand Brake
Introducing our new hand brake bracket PBB 1312  laser-cut from 2.5-mm mild steel, folded and TIG welded to form a strong mounting for the lever as well as a stop for the hand brake cable. As the lever has two alternate clevis pinholes for different ratios there is a slot for the cable allowing perfect alignment. You can use our cable PBJ 2102  and PBJ 2102/XJ  if you have a Jaguar IRS. The lever PBB 1310  has a choice of two ratios, one is 4.55 to 1 and the other is 6.67 to one, both have an 8-mm hole. The lever is 270-mm long with a moulded handle and uses two 9-mm mounting holes on 109-mm centres. It extends approx. 90-mm above the mounts and 40-mm below.

Popular/Anglia A post repair panels
Repair Panels
Our A post repair panels are now produced using 1.5 & 1.2-mm laser cut blanks. New formers & jigs are used to produce a high quality replacement panel ready to be welded to your Popular or Anglia body. There is even a drain hole in the base to prevent water building up there. The panel extends up to the lower hinge with a folded flap to cover the often corrode hinge area.

Vauxhall Disc Brake Upgrade
This brake upgrade is based on a very clever hub design, which we are selling on behalf of the manufacturer. The standard hub uses stock HA wheel bearings & oil seals available separately, our part number PBC 3110. A 5 stud (1/2” UNF) x 4.75” PCD, Jaguar & Chevrolet, is stocked as standard but common 4 & 5 stud patterns can be supplied to order. The discs used are from a Ford Capri and are the ventilated type. They can be sourced from us or are readily available from the suppliers in the classic car magazines. The alloy caliph holders accept a Ford Escort XR3 sliding caliph & again can be sourced easily. The only modification to the HA parts is a small amount of grinding to the upright, full details of this are included in the very full, illustrated instructions supplied with the kit. Wiring Kits
Our new wiring kits are here! They supersede our 8 and 11 fuse kits. The 12-fuse kit now has both a hazard and normal flasher unit as well as having a horn and cooling fan relay.

The fuse panel is smaller now measuring 160mm wide x 70mm deep x 90mm high and can be mounted by the base or the back. A label on the font of the panel shows clearly, which fuse controls which circuit with the appropriate fuse rating as well as which relay controls which circuit. Lots of wire is included with the kit plus loom tape, circuit diagrams and a wide range of terminals and insulating sleeves.

The kit costs £165.00 exc. VAT and can be ordered using part number PBE 1130.
A 16-fuse kit now replaces our 11-fuse kit. The new kit has more capacity with the added bonus of being more compact than the old unit.
As well as having 16 circuits controlled by blade fuses there are four relays, one fuse extractor and two flasher units (hazard and indicator). The relays control the horn, radiator fan and headlamps plus a headlamp change-over relay. The new panel measures 130mm wide, 140mm long and 75mm high. All fuses are clearly marked with their rating, circuit and are colour-coded for easy identification. Wiring Kits #2

The rear axle ladder bar kit shown left was donated for use on the NSRA 2005 give away car. The ladder bars are made from 7/8” x 3/16” CDS with the 5/8” UNF thread tapped directly into the tube and a laser cut fishplate is added to stiffen the assembly. A bonded rubber, steel lined, bush is fitted into a specially machined mild steel housing and a set of our mild steel clevis and lock nuts used at the axle end. The whole assembly is TIG welded and 10-mm mild steel, laser cut axle bracket is added. A set of our extra long chassis brackets, which allow for trimming to achieve the correct chassis attachment angle are shown on the front of the bars. Also shown is our Panhard rod kit and a pair of our rear axle damper brackets.

Inner wings or "Flitch" plates
These inner wings have been in production for some time and faithful reproductions of the original steel panels but without the rust and damage. They are laid up in heavy-duty fibreglass and as can be seen from the photo the end result is of a very high standard. All holes are marked but not drilled and to keep the cost down the louvers are left blind but are easily cut out. 
Part number PBF 0018  is the right hand one and PBF 0019  is the left. Both are priced at £65.50 each excluding VAT.		 Inner Wing

Chrome Front Dampers

Made in the U.S.A by Pete & Jake these dampers are designed for early Ford beam axles but would work in other aplications. They have a extended length of 11.25” [285mm] with a closed length of 7.75” [195mm] this give a ride height of 8.9” [226.5mm]. The top mount is 7/16” ID and the bottom mount is 5/8” ID. They are finished in a high quality chrome. We also stock a shorter version for very low cars.

"Thames" Grill Badge

Our latest product is a faithful reproduction of the Thames grill badge as used on Ford’s commercial vehicles. It looks great on vans and pickups. The writing and edge band is chrome plated and the background is finished in dark blue enamel. A single screw fitting is used to secure it just as the original was.

Repro Pop Radiator
Produced in aluminium with all the correct bracketry to mount on the Popular chassis and a top mount exactly as the standard radiator. The hose connections can be positioned and sized to suit your particular engine, the unit shown is set up for a Rover engine. A 22-mm port in the lower tank provides a mount for our electric fan switch, part number PBE 0113  and we can provide a suitable fan on either the front or back of the core depending on available space. A free wiring diagram can be supplied with these items. The core is a high performance unit suitable for most applications. The filler neck, which is mounted in the stock location will accept any short pressure cap including our polished alloy cap PBO 0005  or new chrome plated round or hexagonal caps PBO 0006  or PBO 0007.
